The Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Open and Distance Learning (ODL) program is designed to develop competent, forward-thinking, and globally minded business leaders. This program equips students with a solid foundation in core business disciplines such as strategic management, finance, marketing, human resource management, and operations. MBA-Terms
This program is delivered through ECC Knowledge Group in collaboration with Geomatika University. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Master of Business Administration degree awarded by Geomatika University.
1- Admission Requirements:
– Entry Criteria: 1. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the Senate; or 2. A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting CGPA of 2.50, and a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience and Pass the evaluation on personal statement demonstrating knowledge, skills, experience, and achievement related to the program; or 3. A Bachelor’s Degree in non-related fields or equivalent, AND a minimum of five (5) years working experience in the relevant field, AND Pass the evaluation on personal statement demonstrating knowledge, skills, experience, and achievement related to the program; or 4. Other equivalent/related qualifications to a Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) recognized by the Malaysian Government; or 5. Accreditation Prior Experiential Learning for Access (APEL.A) T7 6. English Competency Requirement (International Student) a. Achieve minimum Band 4 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or any English competency test aligned with Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) (Mid B2) 7. Pre-requisite Courses a. Principles of Management b. Principles of Marketing c. Financial Management d. Human Resource Management

3- Program Structure and Specializations:
The MBA program requires the successful completion of studying of twelve (12) modules and project paper • Business Ethics and Law • Managerial Accounting • Marketing Management • Managerial Economics • Management Information Systems • Financial Management • Research Methodology and Data Analysis • Strategic Management • Human Resource Management • Project Paper • Development and Change • Managing Global business Student is not permitted to begin the specialization modules or project paper unless he/she has successfully completed all core modules.

4- Deferral and Policy Reinstatement:
• Students may submit a formal deferral request to their assigned Account Manager no later than 15 days prior to the official program start date.
• All tuition fees and installment payments must continue to be paid in accordance with the published schedule throughout the deferment period.
• If graduation is delayed beyond the original maximum study period (24), an extension fee will be applied.
5-Assessment, Grading, and Academic Integrity
▪ Assessment Methods: – Student performance will be assessed through participation, examinations, assignments, projects, and other approved assessment methods by Geomatika University.

6- Academic Obligations
Students are required to complete and successfully pass all core modules prior to commencing their project paper.
7- Student Responsibilities
• Act with honesty, respect, and professionalism in all academic activities. • Avoid misconduct, including plagiarism, cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior. • Use ECC Knowledge Group and Geomatika University resources and systems responsibly by respecting intellectual property rights, not copying or distributing copyrighted works without permission, such as training materials, and protecting confidential data, managing information securely
Respect the rights and dignity of peers, faculty, and staff.
• Familiarize themselves with policies ECC Knowledge Group and accept accountability for their actions.

8- Graduation Requirements
▪ Graduation Eligibility
To be eligible for graduation, the student must meet the following conditions:
– Successful completion of all courses and assessments.
– Full settlement of all tuition fees and any additional charges.
– Compliance with the approved study duration (not less than the minimum and not exceeding the maximum allowed).
9- Financial Terms and Fees
• Tuition Payment: Full tuition fees (including applicable fines) must be paid before graduation/certification.
• Installment Schedule: Students are required to comply fully with the approved installment schedule.
