Services Included
1 – Invitation Letter
–One invitation letter is included with the fee–Letter includes graduates’ and companions’ details–Amending data after issuance is the graduate’s responsibility–Maximum 2 amendments allowed–Amendments must be requested 2 months before ceremony
2 -Visa Issuance
-Visa procedures are the student’s responsibility-ECC knowledge group has no involvement in visa approval

Fees do not include accommodation
Accommodation arrangements are the graduate’s responsibility
4- Transportation
-Transportation is not included -No airport or internal/external transfer is provided

-Graduation gown (to keep)

-Food and drinks during ceremony
-Certificate presentation & honoring
6- Payment & Refund Policy
–Payments in foreign currency must be through the designated bank account
-50% refund if requested 2 months before ceremony
-No refund if request is less than 2 months before ceremony
-Visa rejection does not entitle refund; fees may be transferred with 10% deduction
