Terms and Conditions:
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is an officially recognized awarding body for UK qualifications, accredited and regulated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). ECC Knowledge Group, as an authorized intermediary, offers applicants the opportunity to join the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) – United Kingdom as Affiliate Members for a period of one year. • This membership enables members to access specialized professional resources, learning and development tools, and networking opportunities. It also represents a fundamental step towards achieving professional recognition in the fields of management and leadership. Affiliate Membership is available to all applicants for a full year, during which members receive an Affiliate Membership Certificate indicating the academic degree they have attained (such as MBA, DBA, BBA, or other professional certificates). This enhances their professional standing and supports their career progression.

1- Entry Requirements & Registration:
• The applicant must submit a completed application form with accurate and truthful information.
- After verifying the applicant’s data and documents, ECC Knowledge Group submits the registration requests to CMI on a monthly basis.
- Upon Registration: The member shall be formally registered with CMI, and an official account will be created for the student on the CMI E-Portal. The members will receive their username and password via email directly from CMI. All subsequent interactions shall be conducted through this portal, including access to study materials and training resources, management of membership data, communication with CMI, membership renewal, receipt of electronic certificates, and any other services related to CMI membership.
2- Academic / Professional Obligations
• As an Affiliate member, there is no requirement to complete formal coursework or modules. • Members are encouraged to engage with CMI’s professional resources, participate in CPD (Continuing Professional Development), and community involvement. • Members must comply with CMI’s Code of Conduct and membership policies.
3- Duration Membership Affiliate
12 Months 4- Evaluation methodology • No formal academic assessments or examinations are attached to the Affiliate Membership. • ECC Knowledge Group bears no responsibility and makes no guarantee with respect to any form of academic evaluation, grading, or certification beyond what is formally provided and recognized by CMI.

3- Delivery & Issuance Certificate
• Upon successful registration and approval, the member is entitled to obtain an Affiliate Membership Certificate from CMI. • The certificate is issued according to the academic degree actually obtained by the student (i.e., after successfully completing all program requirements and officially graduating).
- ECC Knowledge Group coordinates with CMI regarding the receipt of the certificate and informs the member once it is ready. • The electronic certificate is delivered via the official CMI EPortal through the student’s personal account.
- The issuance of the certificate (electronic) is managed directly by CMI within a period not exceeding 30 working days from the date of the request or upon completion of the Affiliate Membership period (12 months), whichever occurs first. ECC Knowledge Group bears no responsibility for any delay that may occur.
4- Members Responsibilities
• Members shall comply with all academic, professional, and institutional policies in force at CMI and ECC Knowledge Group. • Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from using any provided resources or learning materials except for legitimate personal and academic purposes. • Uphold the highest standards of academic and professional integrity, including avoiding cheating, plagiarism, or any misuse of the CMI or ECC Knowledge Group name. • Maintain confidentiality of membership-related data and information and refrain from sharing it with any unauthorized party. • Demonstrate professionalism and mutual respect in all activities and events associated with CMI.

5- Financial Terms & Fees
Payment of Fees: Full Affiliate Membership fees must be paid prior to completing the registration with CMI.Refund Policy:
– Before registration with CMI: 20% is nonrefundable. – After registration with CMI:
Once the CMI affiliate membership has been registered and the username and password for the CMI E-portal have been issued, all fees paid shall be deemed final and non-refundable. The student fully and irrevocably waives any right to reclaim or request a refund of such fees.
