Terms
This program is delivered through ECC Knowledge Group in collaboration with VERN’ University. Upon successful completion, students will receive a Master of Business Administration degree awarded by VERN’ University.
1- Admission Requirements
Entry Criteria: Candidate should have a bachelor degree or its equivalent. – Admission and Enrollment Steps: • After submitting the required documents and fulfilling all conditions, documentation, and financial obligations, an account will be created for the applicant • The student’s university registration request shall be submitted through ECC Knowledge Group subject to the following conditions:
1- The student must have successfully achieved at least 50% of the study requirements. 2- The student must have paid 70% of the tuition fees due.
– Vern University shall issue the admission letter and registration number within a maximum period of fortyfive (45) working days from the date of receiving the duly completed registration application.
– Annual holiday of VERN’ University takes place during the month of August each year, during this period, no administrative or academic transactions are conducted, including registration, admission, Graduation, certificate issuance, or processing of requests. 2- Credit Hours • 60 ECTS (European Credit transfer & Accumulation System). 3- Studying Duration • Minimum: 9 months • Normal: 12 months • Maximum: 18 months

2- Teaching Methodology
Hybrid learning model combining live lectures, selfstudy, and recorded sessions.
3.Program Structure and Specialization
Master of Business Administration (MBA): The program consists of 10 subjects, (including 8 core modules, specialization (major) 2 subjects), and a final Dissertation Available Majors: Candidates can choose from the following specializations:
Strategic Management Major Project Management Major Marketing Management Major Human Resources Management Major Logistics and Supply Chain Major Accounting and Finance Major Quality Management Major Health Care Management Major Digital Transformation Major
Student is not permitted to begin the specialization modules unless he/she has successfully completed all core modules.

3- Deferral and Reinstatement Policy
- Students may submit a formal deferral request to their assigned Account Manager no later than 15 days prior to the official program start date.
- All tuition fees and installment payments must continue to be paid in accordance with the published schedule throughout the deferment period.
– If graduation is delayed beyond the original maximum study period (18) Months, an extension fee will be applied.
4- Assessment, Grading, and Academic Integrity
▪ Assessment Methods: – Student performance will be assessed through participation, examinations, assignments, projects, and other approved assessment methods by the VERN’ University
Academic Integrity:
– Students are permitted to reference academic literature with a plagiarism/similarity index not exceeding 15%, and may utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools up to a maximum of 40%.

5- Academic Obligations
– Students are required to successfully completing and pass all core modules prior to commencing their chosen Major.
– MBA Dissertation Requirement
Master of Business Administration (MBA) candidates must submit a Dissertation of minimum 12,000 words or more.
– ECC Knowledge Group provides academic supervision for dissertations, thesis and project paper at an additional cost, Also offers comprehensive Statistical Analysis Support services for postgraduate students on an optional basis, with fees determined according to the official price list upon request.
6- Student Responsibilities
• Act with honesty, respect, and professionalism in all academic activities. • Avoid misconduct, including plagiarism, cheating, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
Use ECC resources and systems responsibly by respecting intellectual property rights, not copying or distributing copyrighted works without permission, such as training materials, and protecting confidential data, managing information securely Respect the rights and dignity of peers, faculty, and staff.
• Familiarize themselves with policies ECC Knowledge Group and accept accountability for their actions.

7- Graduation Requirements
- Students must meet the following criteria to be eligible for graduation:
- Successful completion of all program modules and assessments.
- Full payment of all tuition fees and any applicable charges.
- Compliance with the approved study duration (must not be less than the minimum or more than the maximum period.
8- Supportive Services
1- Attestation policy
– ECC Knowledge Group may facilitate the attestation of certificates through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the awarding country, subject to the applicable laws and regulations of that country. – Attestation services are provided for an additional fee, which will be determined at the time of the attestation request.
2-CMI Affiliate Membership: • The programs are offered under the sponsorship of the ECC Knowledge Group. • After graduation and settlement of all required fees, the student shall be awarded a certificate of recognition issued by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). • The CMI is a recognized UK awarding body, accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).

9- Program accreditation and Equivalency
- These programs are delivered through ECC Knowledge Group and awarded by VERN’ University, Croatia.
- VERN’ University is an accredited higher education institution by the Agency for Science and Higher Education (AZVO) in Croatia and is a member of several international organizations such as ENQA and EFMD. Its programs are recognized within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
10- Financial Terms and Fees
• Tuition Payment: Full tuition fees (including applicable fines) must be paid before graduation/certification. • Installment Schedule: Students are required to comply fully with the approved installment schedule
